Product Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager with specialized expertise in medical imaging to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective alignment of product requirements with stakeholder needs, regulatory compliance, and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of medical imaging products by engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and align product requirements with market needs in clinical environments
• Collaborate with Agile teams, SMEs, and Product Managers to deliver compliant and innovative solutions in the healthcare domain
• Ensure the successful development of user stories, product requirements, and technical roadmaps for medical imaging solutions
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptual design and system testing to successful product launch
• Facilitate risk management practices for medical imaging products within clinical environments
• Lead and inspire product teams, providing guidance and support to Product Owners and other team members
• Manage regulatory compliance for medical imaging standards such as DICOM, PACS, RIS, and clinical trial requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information and technical solutions
• Utilize Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD principles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology products
• Partner with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across locations
• Influence decision-making at all levels to ensure alignment with product goals and organizational priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field
• 6+ years of proven experience in Agile IT/technology requirements delivery and managing technology product definitions
• 6+ years of expertise in medical imaging, including developing, deploying, or managing solutions in this domain
• Knowledge of medical imaging standards such as DICOM, PACS, RIS, and clinical regulatory requirements
• Competency in managing full product lifecycle processes, from development and risk management to launching successful products
• Understanding of software development using methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Proficiency in application lifecycle management (ALM) tools and business process modeling standards such as BPMN
• Background in creating medical devices, including documentation for regulatory compliance (e.g., CE marking, FDA 510(k))
• Familiarity with GMP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and MDD regulations, as well as experience as a Medical Device Consultant
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize efficiently, remain self-motivated, and thrive in high-pressure scenarios
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Expertise in designing and managing medical data management, transfer, and storage systems
• Certification in Business Analysis Practice, IIBA/IREB, or similar qualifications
• Certification in process documentation frameworks like BPMN or equivalent
