Role description: Product Manager - Growth
We are hiring a Product Manager - Growth to own acquisition, activation, retention and revenue metrics for Tap Health.
You will design and ship high impact experiments across in-app onboarding, paywalls, pricing, referral loops, lifecycle journeys and landing pages. The role requires building scalable, automated growth systems that operate with minimal manual intervention.
A core focus of the role is AI driven acquisition and product growth. You will work with engineering and data teams to deploy AI powered personalization, automated lifecycle journeys, predictive engagement models and intelligent experimentation systems that continuously optimize user acquisition, activation and retention.
This role is accountable for measurable outcomes. Success will be evaluated through improvement in key product metrics including conversion, activation, retention, revenue and user lifetime value.
Who You should to be
• 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing operations at a consumer internet startup
• Strong understanding of product funnels, attribution, cohort analysis, A B testing, and lifecycle marketing
• Hands on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, PostHog, Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms
• Strong interest in AI driven products, automation systems, and data driven growth strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLM based workflows, or AI assisted experimentation platforms is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working with engineers and data teams to define event tracking, APIs, and automation logic
• Experience in consumer subscription products, D2C apps, or digital health platforms is a plus
• Interest in behavioral design, predictive engagement systems, and habit forming product mechanics is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship quickly in fast paced environments
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to deliver user and revenue growth. To achieve this, you will own the following workstreams:
Acquisition and Top of Funnel
• Improve conversion from impression to install to signup across web, app stores, and in app entry points
• Run experiments on landing pages, app store assets, SEO, and ASO to improve conversion rates
• Design referral programs and growth loops using Tap Score, streaks, and quests
• Partner with marketing on creative strategy, channel mix, and spend efficiency
Activation and First Value
• Define activation metrics and leading indicators
• Ship onboarding and guided flows that reduce time to first value
• Optimize WhatsApp and lead capture flows to improve Day 0 and Day 1 activation
Retention and Habit Formation
• Collaborate with DTx and game systems teams to convert daily actions into streaks, XP, and progression loops
• Build behavioral lifecycle journeys to improve D7 and D30 retention
• Reduce churn through structured experimentation
Monetization and Pricing
• Own paywalls, trials, pricing, and subscription packaging
• Improve paid conversion, renewals, and ARPU through experimentation
• Run targeted offers with guardrails for margin and lifetime value
Experimentation and Analytics
• Maintain an experiment backlog with clear hypotheses and success metrics
• Define product tracking with engineering and ensure data quality
• Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, retention, and payback, and lead weekly metric reviews
Cross Functional Execution
• Write clear PRDs and execution plans with engineering and design
• Partner with data science on segmentation and predictive models
• Support B2B2C and partner funnels through the right product flows and integrations
