Product Manager

Job Description: Product Manager (3+ Years of Experience)

Work Mode: Remote

We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in product management, including hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience driving end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Work closely with engineering, design, AI/ML, and business teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and market insights.
• Drive development of Gen AI and Agentic AI-powered products/features.
• Translate business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Support stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases/products.
• Experience managing end-to-end product development.
• Basic to intermediate Business Analyst capabilities (requirement gathering, documentation, process understanding, stakeholder management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AI tools, LLM-based applications, automation workflows, or AI agents.
• Exposure to SaaS or enterprise products.
• Understanding of product metrics and user experience principles.
