Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused, business-oriented Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of enlytical.ai, our AI-powered analytics platform. You will identify customer needs, prioritize features, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure the product delivers measurable business value. Working closely with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Product Documentation Specialist, you will provide product direction, validate documentation, and drive successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, commercial value, feasibility, and strategic direction.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve product competitiveness.

Customer Discovery & Product Thinking

• Conduct customer discovery through client interactions, user interviews, and internal stakeholder discussions.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business challenges.
• Translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Product Requirements & Documentation Oversight

• Define product vision, feature objectives, user journeys, workflows, and expected outcomes.
• Guide and review PRDs, user stories, feature briefs, acceptance criteria, release notes, and other product documentation prepared by the documentation team.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, business-aligned, and execution-ready.

Cross-functional Product Execution

• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive product development from ideation through release.
• Remove blockers, resolve ambiguities, and ensure timely delivery.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and execution plans.

Product Quality & User Experience

• Review dashboards, reports, workflows, and product features from an end-user perspective.
• Improve usability, feature relevance, and customer experience.
• Ensure product quality through continuous feedback and iteration.

Go-to-Market & Product Adoption

• Support product launches and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate on demos, sales enablement, onboarding materials, training content, and product messaging.
• Ensure product positioning clearly communicates customer value.

Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor product KPIs including:
• User adoption
• Feature usage
• Customer engagement
• Customer feedback
• Issue resolution
• Business impact
• Use data-driven insights to refine the roadmap and improve the product continuously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing SaaS, Analytics, AI, or B2B software products.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
• Experience writing or reviewing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively using customer and business impact.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-powered products.
• Knowledge of Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Dashboard products.
• Experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
