Product Manager – Distribution Management (HL / LAP)

Manage and strengthen HL/LAP distribution channels by driving DSA, Aggregator, and Connector performance, ensuring smooth payouts, operational efficiency, and effective issue resolution.

• Manage and grow relationships with DSAs, Aggregators, and Connectors
• Drive sourcing performance and expand distribution partnerships
• Ensure accurate and timely payout & incentive processing
• Act as SPOC for partner and internal escalations
• Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, finance, and product teams
• Streamline partner onboarding, processes, and TAT
• Track performance through Excel-based MIS, dashboards, and reports
• Support structured communication and escalation processes (voice modules)

• Strong understanding of HL/LAP distribution & DSA models
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivots, Lookups, MIS, Dashboards)
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
• Experience with payout structures and incentive models

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 3–7 years experience in NBFC / Banking / Housing Finance
