Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our Digital Engagement Platform. With over a decade of experience, you will be the bridge between complex market demands and engineering excellence. You won't just manage features; you will own the product strategy, North Star metrics, and the long-term roadmap for a platform that serves millions of corporate and retail banking users globally.The ideal candidate is a B-School alum who combines a deep understanding of FinTech ecosystems with the business acumen to drive market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the multi-year product vision for DEP, aligning it with Intellect’s broader "First Principles" design philosophy.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Identify "White Spaces" in the global digital banking landscape. Anticipate shifts in AI/ML, Open Banking, and Cloud-native architectures to keep DEP ahead of the curve.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)—from conceptualizing high-level themes to overseeing Go-to-Market (GTM) execution.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary interface for C-suite stakeholders, global sales teams, and Tier-1 banking clients. Translate complex business needs into scalable architectural requirements.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Junior/Associate Product Managers, fostering a culture of design thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Revenue Impact: Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales to support high-value RFPs, strategic POCs, and pricing strategies that drive platform adoption.
• Agile Governance: Overhaul and optimize agile processes to ensure high-velocity delivery without compromising the robustness required for enterprise banking.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, specifically within FinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Banking software.
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Digital Banking (Corporate/Retail), UX Orchestration, API-led connectivity, or Microservices architecture.
• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to use data and KPIs (Retention, CAC, LTV, NPS) to back up strategic roadmaps.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional squads and influencing senior engineering leadership.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to command a room of executive-level stakeholders.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Roadmapping software (like Aha! or Productboard), and Product Analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude).

Educational Qualification

• MBA or Equivalent: Post-graduate degree from a Premier B-School (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, IT, or EEE) is preferred to navigate the platform's technical complexities.
