About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Patient Payments & RCM Platforms to lead the development and optimization of a US healthcare patient payment collection platform. This role focuses on improving revenue cycle outcomes such as AR reduction, payment conversion, and patient engagement through data-driven product strategy and strong technical execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical product management, integrations, and US healthcare or payments-based SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own and manage the product roadmap for patient payments and RCM workflows.
• Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Technical Product Management

• Define integration strategies with Practice Management Systems (API, file-based, DB sync, RPA).
• Oversee data flows for invoices, payments, refunds, reconciliation, and posting back to PMS/EHR systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and auditability of the platform.

Product Performance & KPIs

• Define and track key metrics such as:
• AR reduction & time-to-cash
• Payment conversion rates
• Collection efficiency
• Refund/reconciliation accuracy
• Product adoption and retention
• Use data insights to drive roadmap prioritization and improvements.

Product Activation

• Improve patient payment journeys (online payments, installments, partial payments).
• Support activation strategies (SMS, email, QR-based payments, statements).
• Work with Customer Success to improve onboarding and time-to-value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Client IT teams.
• Support client implementations and integration discussions.
• Act as product owner for enterprise healthcare clients.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments.
• Strong experience with technical and integration-heavy products.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs tied to business and revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Exposure to payment systems (Stripe, Square, or similar).
• Experience integrating with EHRs or Practice Management Systems.
• Background in regulated SaaS or enterprise B2B products.
