As a key member of our small, agile team of 10, you will work independently to define product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals in building management systems. Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends. Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog for timely delivery. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve usability and functionality. Manage product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies. Work independently, exercising strong judgment and decision-making to drive product success. Liaise with stakeholders occasionally, providing updates and aligning expectations. Stay updated with the latest in building automation and management technologies. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in building automation or related fields. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Technical understanding of building management systems is a plus. Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Master?s preferred.
