What your typical day would look like? As a Generative AI Product Manager, you?ll help shape the future of AI-powered products. You?ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and AI innovation ? defining product strategy, identifying high-value use cases, and working closely with engineering and data science teams to bring GenAI solutions to life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you?ll help turn cutting-edge tech into real business value. Your Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for GenAI offerings ? from initial idea to scaled adoption. Use Case Identification: Partner with stakeholders across business and tech to identify high-impact GenAI opportunities that solve real customer problems. LLM-Driven Products: Work with AI/ML teams to design, test, and launch products powered by large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the glue between engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales. Align teams, unblock progress, and keep initiatives moving. Customer-First Thinking: Translate complex user needs into simple, valuable AI features. Continuously gather feedback to improve products post-launch. Agile Execution: Manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and ensure delivery milestones are met ? with flexibility and speed. Market Awareness: Stay on top of GenAI trends, competitor products, and emerging tools to help your team stay ahead. What do we expect? 6?12 years of overall product management experience, with at least 1?2 years focused on AI/ML or data-driven products. Hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG ? or close collaboration with such teams. Proven ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into shipped features or MVPs. Analytical and storytelling skills ? you can speak both API and ROI. Experience working with agile teams and leading complex cross-functional projects.
