Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based in Lucknow. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including conceptualization, development, and execution. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing user requirements, identifying market trends, and ensuring products align with customer needs and business objectives. The individual will also drive product strategy, track performance metrics, and implement feedback to achieve continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and strategy implementation
• Project management expertise with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources
• Proficiency in market research, user needs analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and deliverables with business goals
• Knowledge of technology trends, tools, and methodologies relevant to EdTech or educational platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• 10 + Experience in an EdTech or technology-driven organization is a strong plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle complex projects
