Product Manager

What Will You Do?

The Senior Product Manager will:

1. Lead the EdTech Product Strategy: Define and Own the product roadmap and GTM strategy of the EdTech products ensuring it caters to both B2B and B2C users.
2. Develop Empathy: Work closely with Operations, Business, Analytics, Product and Engineering Teams to ensure business requirements align with long term end user journey
3. Have AI Native: Adopt an "Agentic-First" approach to product design, leveraging AI and tools such as Lovable to build MVPs. Design MVPs and product experience with Prompts and LLMs
4. Optimize Performance: Leverage data and insights to continuously improve user engagement and shape consumer behaviour.
5. Ensure Integrity: Design product features with Security Principles and PII Compliance at the core, protecting student data across all modules.
6. Iterate with Precision: Identify leakages of funnels. Convert BRDs into PRDs, draft AI adaptive User Stories, and user test cases, and does not lose the long-term view
7. Manage the SDLC: Convert BRDs into PRDs, draft User Stories, Sprint Management
8. Team Management: Should be able to groom Product and Business Analysts

What Must You Bring?

1. 4 to 8 Years of Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of conceptualising, launching and improving the products of SAAS, B2B & D2C.
2. First Principles: Demonstrate User Empathy and Adept First principles towards the product experience
3. Execution: Have strong prioritisation skills, relentless execution attitude and can articulate and navigate in fast paced environments.
4. Analytical Rigor: Great expertise in Excel, SQL, and operational optics towards each problem.
5. Technical Rigor – Great understanding tech Design, APIs, and services to design products on top of technology.

What Skills Must You Have?

1. First Principles, Data First and Document First Approach
2. Building Scalable SAAS, B2B or D2C Products
3. Strong SDLC Governance and Practices
4. PII and DPDP – Security First approach
5. Expertise with tools such as Azure Devops Tool, Excel, SQL
6. Low-to-mid fidelity prototype using Figma, Lovable, Whimsical
7. Ed-Tech Domain Expertise is a plus
