Job Description

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the enterprise cloud software sector building customer-facing web and mobile platforms for global customers. We design data-driven, scalable products that solve complex business problems and accelerate digital transformation across multiple industries. The Product Manager will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market for high-impact features from Bengaluru.

Role & Responsibilities

Define and evangelize product vision and roadmap aligned to company OKRs, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Translate user insights and market research into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.
Measure product performance using KPIs; run experiments (A/B tests), analyze results, and iterate to improve adoption and retention.
Plan and execute launches and go-to-market plans in partnership with Marketing and Sales; enable internal stakeholders and collect post-launch feedback.
Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and make trade-offs using data-driven prioritization frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of product management or program management experience in SaaS or consumer tech; experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle.
Proven track record of driving product strategy, prioritization, and successful launches with measurable business impact.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and product analytics; experience partnering with design and engineering teams.
Product management certification (CSPO, Pragmatic, AIPMM) is a plus.
