Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We manufacture gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels for private-label and custom-formulation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global nutraceutical trends, emerging ingredients, delivery formats, and health categories.
• Develop innovative product concepts based on market demand and scientific evidence.
• Prepare concept notes, presentations, and product pitch materials for the Business Development team.
• Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Business Development teams during new product development.
• Support formulation planning, product positioning, and commercialization activities.
• Monitor FSSAI regulations, ingredient updates, and recommend suitable alternatives as needed.
• Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and supplier offerings.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and supplier presentations to identify innovation opportunities.
• Maintain the product innovation pipeline and conduct competitor and market analysis.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and FSSAI regulations.
• Strong market research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
