Role Description The Product Engineering Specialist at AImploy will work on-site full time in Mumbai, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop and enhance AI-powered recruitment products. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into technical specifications, contributing to software development tasks, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. The role involves analyzing user feedback and product performance data to identify improvements, prioritize features, and resolve issues. The specialist will coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and track projects, document technical decisions, and support smooth product releases. Day-to-day work includes troubleshooting, reviewing code, refining product workflows, and helping align engineering efforts with business and user needs.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Product Engineering, with experience in building and improving technology products end to end.
• Proficiency in Software Development, including hands-on experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and version control.
• Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose evidence-based solutions.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements clearly.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and delivering work within timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience working on AI, data-driven, or SaaS products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with a collaborative, problem-solving, and continuous-learning mindset.
