Job Title: ?Senior Product Designer | Industrial Design & Manufacturing Location: ?Vapi, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-time About the Company: ?Vardan Creators Pvt. Having established cost leadership and market dominance, we specialize in the large-scale production of Single Wall Bottles, Vacuum Bottles, PU Insulated Ware, and Lunch Boxes. We operate as a dual-channel manufacturer, producing high-volume solutions for major OEMs as well as our own proprietary consumer brand. The Role: ?We are seeking a highly proficient? Product Designer ?to join our team. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between creative aesthetics and engineering reality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our products?from conceptualization and market research to mould validation and final packaging. Key Responsibilities: Product Development: ?Design innovative and ergonomic hydration and food storage products (Bottles, Tiffins, Lunch Boxes) that align with current market trends. Technical Engineering: ?Lead the? Mould Checking ?process to ensure design feasibility. You must have a strong working knowledge of? Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, and Steel Fabrication ?processes. 3D Visualization: ?Generate high-fidelity 3D models and renders for stakeholder review and client presentations. Packaging & Retail Strategy: ?Design functional, shelf-ready packaging and assist in the spatial design of retail outlets and point-of-sale displays. Market Intelligence: ?Conduct in-depth market research to identify gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for cost-effective innovation. Candidate Profile: Experience: ?Proven professional experience in Industrial Product Design, preferably within the consumer goods or bottle manufacturing sector. Technical Proficiency: ?Advanced command of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino) and rendering tools (Keyshot/Blender). Manufacturing Knowledge: ?You must understand the constraints and capabilities of mass production (Draft angles, wall thickness, material behavior). Adaptability: ?The ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. We need a problem-solver who learns quickly.
