At CricHeroes, we’ve revolutionized how grassroots cricketers play, record, and celebrate the game.

Now, we’re ready to bring that same innovation off the screen — into the hands of players everywhere.

From smart equipment to thoughtful packaging, we want every CricHeroes product to look, feel, and perform like it belongs on the world stage.

And to do that, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can bridge creativity, usability, and engineering — designing cricket products that are both beautiful and functional.

The Challenge

• We’re building the next generation of cricket gear and accessories — functional, sustainable, and distinctly CricHeroes.
• You’ll help us turn early ideas into real, tangible products: from packaging concepts and physical form factors to manufacturing-ready designs.
• It’s a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of aesthetics and utility, and who’s excited to shape the design identity of a growing cricket brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in industrial or physical product design, ideally in consumer goods, sports, or lifestyle products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-production design — from ideation sketches to prototypes and finished products.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, etc.).
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.
• Experience designing packaging systems that balance aesthetics, sustainability, and practicality.
• Attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think systemically across a product range.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can work with engineers, marketers, and external vendors alike.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and design physical products that embody CricHeroes’ identity — from cricket gear to branded accessories.
• Develop packaging and unboxing experiences that delight users and tell our brand story.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from sketch to prototype to production.
• Explore materials and manufacturing methods to achieve quality, scalability, and sustainability.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure designs meet cost, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Build and maintain CricHeroes’ physical product design language — consistency across products, packaging, and merchandising.
• Develop “design” as a differentiator for our products, whether it is trend-forward external design elements or shaping actual design of new products.
