This role requires someone who can translate complex business and user requirements into seamless user experiences while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

 

Key Responsibilities


·      Lead end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping to final UI delivery.

·      Design intuitive and scalable experiences for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.

·      Work on AI-powered features such as recommendations, automation flows, chat interfaces, predictive dashboards, etc.

·      Conduct user research, usability testing, and convert insights into actionable design improvements.

·      Create design systems, component libraries, and maintain design consistency.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Data/AI teams.

·      Stay updated with design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications


·      4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web product designs.

·      Experience in fintech, SaaS, or product-based companies.

·      Hands-on expertise in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

·      Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

·      Exposure to designing AI/ML-based product features.

·      Experience working in Agile product environments.

·      Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Good to Have

·      Experience in fintech, SaaS, or product-based companies.

·      Understanding of AI UX patterns (chatbots, personalization, automation, predictive systems).

·      Experience building or contributing to a Design System.

·      Basic understanding of front-end feasibility (HTML/CSS basics).
