Role Overview As the Founding Product Designer , you?ll own design across the entire product suite from dashboards and guest apps to partner integrations and automation tools. You?ll be responsible for creating a cohesive design system, improving usability across modules, and driving the overall product experience. You?ll work directly with the founding team, engineers, and PMs to take ideas from concept to production and build the foundation for the design culture at DigiStay. What You?ll Do Lead end-to-end product design for the DigiStay platform from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and interaction design. Expand and maintain DigiStay?s design system for web and mobile. Collaborate with product and tech teams to simplify complex workflows for hotel owners, staff, and guests. Conduct user interviews, run quick usability tests, and iterate based on feedback. Translate abstract requirements into intuitive, usable interfaces. Maintain a balance between speed and quality prioritizing clarity and business impact. Mentor future designers and shape the company?s design culture as we scale. You?ll Fit Right In If You Have 2?4 years of product design experience (preferably in SaaS or B2B tools). Can design systems that scale - not just pretty screens. Are fluent in Figma , UX writing, and interaction principles. Are equally comfortable rethinking a dashboard flow or designing a mobile-first booking experience. Thrive in ambiguity, love ownership, and move fast with intention. Care deeply about the details spacing, hierarchy, typography, and how they affect comprehension.
