Product Designer

Brief

We’re building products that solve real business problems through thoughtful technology and great user experience. As a team, we move fast, collaborate closely, and care deeply about building products that are simple, intuitive, and impactful.

We are looking for a highly creative product designer with strong visual thinking, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of data-driven design. The ideal candidate combines beautiful interface design with analytical decision-making, using user research, usability data, and product metrics to craft intuitive digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design product experiences from scratch
• Translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user flows
• Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
• Think deeply about UX, usability, workflows, edge cases, and user behavior
• Improve existing products by identifying friction points and usability gaps
• Collaborate during product discussions and contribute ideas beyond just design execution
• Create clean, modern interfaces with strong attention to visuals, hierarchy, and clarity
• Help maintain consistency across the product through reusable patterns and components
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and product priorities

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in Product Design / UI UX Design
• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and information
• Good understanding of interaction design and usability principles
• Strong visual design fundamentals for typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web/mobile UIs, UX flows, prototypes, and problem-solving ability

Education

Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related fields. A strong portfolio can override formal requirements.

Tools

• Proficiency in Figma
• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator
• Bonus: Adobe After Effects, Rive or Spline
