Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-centric Product Consultant with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud-based technologies . The ideal candidate will bring 6?8 years of experience in product consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles. This role involves delivering impactful product demonstrations, understanding customer needs, and providing technical guidance to drive adoption and satisfaction of AI/ML/Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations Deliver engaging demos showcasing the value of AI/ML/Cloud products. Highlight how solutions address specific customer pain points. Customer Engagement Serve as the primary technical contact during pre-sales and post-sales phases. Customize demos and solutions based on customer requirements. Technical Expertise Offer in-depth knowledge of product architecture, features, and use cases. Support integration of solutions into customer environments. Solution Design Collaborate with customers to design tailored AI/ML/Cloud solutions. Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed approaches. Pre-Sales Support Partner with sales teams to manage technical aspects of the sales cycle. Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation. Feedback & Product Improvement Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams. Influence product roadmap through customer-driven insights. Industry Awareness Stay current with trends in AI, ML, and Cloud technologies. Share best practices and insights with internal teams and clients. Qualifications Education Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Experience 8+ years in product consulting, pre-sales, or technical customer-facing roles. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and demos. Technical Skills Strong grasp of AI/ML algorithms and real-world applications. Proficiency in Cloud computing models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Experience with data analytics, big data tools, and APIs. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport. Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams. Certifications (Preferred) AI/ML certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google ML Engineer). Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer).
