Key Responsibilities


  • Lead development of verticalized solution playbooks aligned with target markets such as manufacturing, logistics, and smart mobility.
  • Define end-to-end product and solution roadmap in alignment with Novus’s strategic and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver integrated, deployable, and scalable robotic solutions.
  • Develop market and customer insights to inform solution design, pricing models, and business case development.
  • Translate customer use cases into repeatable, configurable solution architectures leveraging Novus’s core technologies.
  • Define product lifecycle management (concept-to-deployment) ensuring technical, commercial, and operational readiness.
  • Drive packaging and commercialization of solutions to enable faster sales cycles and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Support GTM (go-to-market) initiatives, demos, and customer engagement with compelling product narratives.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and technology shifts to ensure Novus’s portfolio stays ahead of the curve.



Role Expectations

  • 12–18 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or business strategy roles within robotics, automation, or deep-tech domains.
  • Proven experience in developing market-ready solutions and productized offerings that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, warehouse robotics, or smart mobility solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into actionable product and solution roadmaps.
  • Experience with solution costing, value engineering, and commercial packaging for enterprise markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA in Robotics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Business Management.
