About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst / Senior Product Analyst to support decision-making across Notifications, Email, and Retention initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to analyze user behavior, optimize engagement channels, and improve customer retention across the ecommerce lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, advanced SQL skills, experience in a product-based environment, and a mindset oriented toward leveraging AI for scalable insights and personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own analytics for customer engagement channels including Push Notifications, Email, and lifecycle communications.
• Analyze user behavior across the ecommerce funnel to identify opportunities to improve retention, repeat purchases, and engagement.
• Build and maintain SQL-based data models, dashboards, and reports to track key product and retention metrics.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for notifications, email campaigns, and personalization strategies.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measure feature performance.
• Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, and lifecycle analysis to enhance CRM and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize campaign targeting, frequency, and messaging effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, accelerate insights, and improve personalization strategies.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence product decisions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL with strong experience in querying large datasets and building analytical models.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, and user lifecycle metrics.
• Experience in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention metrics.
• Prior experience working in a product-based organization, preferably with exposure to algorithms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis.

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
