Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Swiggy, Oyo, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services. 


Responsibilities: 

• Analyse user behaviour across the product to identify friction points and opportunities 

• Own user segmentation frameworks to power targeting, personalization, and lifecycle interventions 

• Identify key growth and retention drivers through behavioural, transactional, and campaign data 

• Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to ideate, design, and iterate on experiments including nudges, loyalty programs, and incentive strategies 

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks 

• Support product decision-making through funnel analysis, usage metrics, and feature adoption studies 

• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track product usage, engagement, and campaign performance 


Qualifications: 

• 1–4 years of experience in analytics roles at tech-first companies or startups 

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python — must-have for data exploration, modelling, and automation 

• Hands-on experience with product analytics, segmentation, campaign measurement, and user lifecycle 

modelling 

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional teams 


Good to have: 

• Exposure to CRM tools, loyalty engines, or gamification mechanics 

• Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar 

• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and credit/finance teams 

• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar
