Job Description

Role : Product Analyst

Job Type : Reston, VA ( 3 times a week onsite )

Type - Full time

This candidate will work on a backend team. Looking for someone who is seasoned and has a financial background. The work is both new and maintenance work plus enhancement to complex assets. Communication is a must have as they need to be able to clearly articulate the why and the business ask behind the work. Be able to put on the systems hat and do the translation.

Support sprint planning and backlog management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and validate product performance.
Leverage prior experience with ETL pipelines to understand data flows and assist in troubleshooting or optimization efforts.
Analyst IV Specialized performs high complexity analysis, design of software applications from user requirements and design documents.
Somone who is comfortable writing stories, lead discussion with business stakeholders, running refinements. Product analyst experience.
Technical experience: API's, API integration, salesforce is preferred, AWS assets.
AWS experience is a must.
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience. Preference is 10+ years.
Experience consolidating information from various data sources - Oracle, MS Access, SQL Sever, Sybase
Must have significant experience working with multiple datasets with a high degree of complex relationships.
