Product Analyst: Integrations

About The Role Leena AI is seeking a Product Analyst to own and scale our 3rd party integrations ecosystem. You'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining a best-in-class integration library that powers seamless connections between our AI platform and enterprise systems. This role is critical to enabling our customers to maximize value from Leena AI across their existing tech stack. What You'll Do Product Ownership & Strategy Own the end-to-end integration capability for Leena AI's platform, from conception to delivery Build and maintain a customer-driven connector roadmap, prioritizing integrations based on revenue impact, customer demand, and strategic value Define success metrics and KPIs for each integration, tracking adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction Integration Lifecycle Management Manage the complete integration development cycle: requirements gathering, instance procurement, technical specifications, development coordination, testing, and documentation Create detailed connector specifications including authentication flows, API endpoints, data mappings, and use cases Establish quality standards and best practices for all integrations in the library Cross-Functional Enablement Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling integration demos and sales collateral Develop and maintain integration templates, AOPs, playbooks, and documentation for pre-sales and implementation teams Conduct training sessions to ensure teams can effectively position and implement integrations Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics Set up and implement product analytics frameworks for existing Leena AI products to track user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement patterns Monitor integration performance metrics and usage analytics to identify optimization opportunities Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to assess integration health and prioritize enhancements Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product improvements Required What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or technical business analysis Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field from a tier 1 institution Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences Comfortable working with APIs, authentication protocols, and integration architectures Preferred Exposure to AI, conversational technologies, or enterprise SaaS platforms Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) Familiarity with HRIS, ITSM, or enterprise collaboration tools (Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams, etc.) Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis tools Experience creating data visualizations and executive dashboards What Makes This Role Exciting Direct impact on product capabilities that drive customer adoption and revenue Exposure to cutting-edge AI technology and diverse enterprise systems Opportunity to shape both the integration strategy and analytics infrastructure for a growing AI platform Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer success teams Skills: product analyst,product operations,product integration
