Responsibilities ? Partner with business, academic, and technology teams to identify product opportunities and define clear problem statements. ? Analyse product usage data, learner behaviour and engagement metrics to uncover insights and guide product decisions. ? Work closely with product managers to prioritize features, define success metrics and track outcomes for ongoing and new initiatives. ? Conduct structured research, competitive benchmarking and user feedback analysis to identify improvement areas in the learning experience. ? Support end-to-end execution of pilot launches, A/B testing, and post-launch analysis for new features or program modules. ? Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance, trends and actionable insights to stakeholders. ? Collaborate with engineering, content and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality learner experiences. Requirements ? Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Analytics, Engineering or related fields (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BE). ? 1+ year of experience in product analysis, business analysis or data-driven roles. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a comfort in interpreting data to drive decisions. ? Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI). ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams. ? High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ? Familiarity with CRM systems, user analytics platforms or product management tools is a plus.
