Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Jiddah. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. You will monitor supplier performance, maintain strong relationships with vendors, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgets. Using your analytical skills, you will assess market trends and improve sourcing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and operational quality.
Qualifications
- Experience with Purchase Orders and Supplier Evaluation
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and improve procurement processes
- Knowledge and experience in Procurement best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
