You’ll play a key role in strengthening our supplier partnerships and driving smarter, data‑driven procurement decisions. By optimizing our Procure‑to‑Pay processes, you will help unlock savings, improve service levels, and support Danfoss’ commitment to operational excellence.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact—shaping how we source, negotiate, and collaborate while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation across the procurement function.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, from RFQs and quote analysis to purchase orders, follow-ups, and on-time delivery.
  • Drive sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations across key indirect categories such as Mechanical, Electrical, MRO, and Administrative commodities.
  • Conduct spend analysis and evaluate suppliers to identify cost optimization and value opportunities.
  • Strengthen supplier performance and development, ensuring reliability and quick issue resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and support digitalization initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • 6–8 years of experience in Operational or Indirect Procurement within manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, sourcing, negotiations, and demand management.
  • Experience working with global suppliers and multiple indirect categories (MRO, Mechanical, Electrical, Admin).
  • Background in industries such as Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Foundry, or Welding.
  • A technical degree (Engineering) or MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement with relevant experience.

What You'll Get From Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
