Your Role And Responsibilities
The Procurement Sourcing Professional – HR Services is responsible for driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives across HR Services categories. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver value through effective sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier performance governance while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk standards.
The position requires strong procurement expertise, deep category knowledge, stakeholder‑management skills, and the ability to execute sourcing strategies in line with global procurement standards and processes.

Your Role And Responsibilities
The Procurement Sourcing Professional – HR Services is responsible for driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives across HR Services categories. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver value through effective sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier performance governance while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Execution
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end sourcing events (RFx, negotiations, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations) for HR Services example Benefits, Insurance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Mobility & Relocation.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, category plans, and industry trends.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier capability assessments to identify cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities.
- Apply the 7 Steps to Strategic Sourcing with emphasis on HR Services specific best practices.
- Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and value beyond price (innovation, service quality, scalability).
- Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support supplier business reviews, performance scorecards, and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and risk mitigation with key suppliers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements, priorities, and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted procurement advisor to HR leadership and functional stakeholders.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt best-in-class procurement practices while balancing speed, quality, and cost.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with Procurement Policies and Guidelines.
- Create and maintain audit‑ready documentation, including RFx materials, evaluations, presentations, contracts, and controls.
- Apply agile methods to streamline sourcing workflows and improve turnaround time.
- Leverage analytics and cognitive tools to support decision‑making, optimize spend, and identify opportunities.
- Analyze supplier proposals, cost models, and market data to drive fact‑based recommendations.
- Maintain accurate category and sourcing data in procurement systems.
