About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Analyst to join our Operations team in Gurugram.

This is a commercially focused operations role sitting at the intersection of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and operational execution. You will support the end-to-end movement of products through our international commerce workflows, ensuring purchasing decisions are commercially viable, operationally executable, and delivered with a consistently high standard of accuracy.


Working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Fulfilment teams, you will be responsible for evaluating sourcing opportunities, managing purchasing activities, analysing commercial data, and supporting the execution of live operational workflows across multiple international markets.

The role requires an individual who enjoys working with numbers, structured processes, and operational problem-solving. Success depends on the ability to interpret data, exercise sound commercial judgement, prioritise effectively, and execute with precision in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.


This is not a traditional purchasing or administrative procurement role. It offers broad exposure to the operational and commercial functions that underpin a global commerce business, providing hands-on experience across sourcing, purchasing, profitability analysis, fulfilment operations, supplier coordination, and cross-functional execution.


You will be expected to take ownership from an early stage, work confidently with operational data, contribute to process improvements, and support decisions that directly influence operational efficiency and business performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and purchasing activities across live operational workflows.
  • Identify, evaluate, and source products from approved supplier channels in line with operational priorities.
  • Analyse pricing, landed costs, profitability, and commercial viability before purchasing decisions are made.
  • Review product specifications, pack sizes, quantities, supplier information, and delivery timelines to ensure sourcing accuracy.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, operational reports, and sourcing documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Fulfilment teams to ensure timely execution of purchasing activities.
  • Monitor sourcing workflows, identify operational issues, and escalate risks where appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvements to operational processes, controls, and sourcing workflows.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication.
