Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Mumbai. As a Procurement Manager at Ipsos, you will oversee supplier evaluation, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement activities to meet the organization’s objectives. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and source / advice prospective suppliers who meet up with Ipsos standards. Additionally, you will analyze data, ensure compliance with supplier agreements, and contribute to cost optimization and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to navigate and adapt within dynamic and fast-paced business environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain are a plus

Experience

• Min 8-10years exp. in direct supply / procurement
