Job Responsibility

Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services Create and process purchase orders as per requirements Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order status Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details Support inventory planning and coordinate with stores/engineering teams Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation Handle invoice verification and coordinate with accounts for payment processing Maintain procurement data and reports in ERP/Excel systems Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Strong communication and negotiation skills (basic level) Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams Attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of inventory management Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
