PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Preferred Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Civil Engineering


Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer to join our team in Surat. The Procurement Engineer will handle supplier evaluations, manage purchase orders, analyze procurement data, and coordinate supplier interactions. The individual will also be responsible for preparing and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and ensuring compliance with company procurement standards while fostering strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Ability to create and manage accurate Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills for supplier coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in procurement roles within the EPC industry is an advantage
