Now Hiring: Procurement Assistant – Office Interiors (Fresher)


Job Description: This role is ideal for a recent Civil Engineer or B.COM graduate who is organized, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working with Excel and basic documentation.


Position: Procurement Assistant – Office Interiors (Fresher)

Education: BE/B.Tech Civil engineering, B.Com

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year

Industry: Architecture & Interior Design

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the procurement team with purchase orders and basic documentation.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, vendor details, and material lists in Excel.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, delivery updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with project and design teams regarding material requirements.
  • Track order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to project sites.
  • Help in collecting quotations and comparing prices from vendors.
  • Support the team in maintaining organized procurement records and files.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Basic understanding or interest in interior projects / construction materials is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, engineering, or related field preferred.
