Process Trainer Voice

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer Voice to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice process and International Process, with a focus on Training Needs Analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Voice process and International Process to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop targeted training solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and effective.
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

4-10 years of experience in Process Training, Voice process, and International Process.
Strong background in Training Needs Analysis and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze complex information and develop targeted training solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
