What You’ll Do
- Review and improve workflows across teams to reduce friction and inefficiencies
- Document and maintain clear, practical SOPs that teams actually use
- Design and optimize processes, introducing automation where it adds value
- Partner with team leads and operations stakeholders to roll out improvements
- Track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously refine processes
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, operations support, or project coordination
- At least 1 year of hands-on workflow automation experience (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and integrations
- Background in the e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks
- Comfort working with data in Google Sheets or Excel
- Enjoy improving systems without overcomplicating them
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with remote teams
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Care about clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement
