Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Improvement Engineer, located in Denver, CO. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and performance. The Process Improvement Engineer will apply process control techniques, develop optimized workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Process Engineering
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience in Project Management or related fields is a plus
