PURPOSE OF ROLE
This is an Individual Contributor role requiring strong functional knowledge and a solid understanding of the overall business. The role also involves stakeholder communication, handling escalations through root cause analysis, maintaining up-to-date process knowledge, and supporting new hires through process training.
You will be Responsible for:
- Working as an Individual Contributor with strong functional knowledge and understanding of the overall business.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the assigned domain.
- Preparing and submitting export/import documentation accurately and on time to stakeholders.
- Adhering to IOPs and validating any deviations with stakeholders in advance.
- Ensuring high data quality to consistently meet SLA requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and training on processes and IOPs for documentation accuracy.
- Performing root cause analysis during escalations and supporting resolution.
- Training and supporting new hires on relevant processes.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients through strong conversational skills.
- Min 3 years to 5years
- Good Communication Skills.
