Process Engineer – Multiple Mid & Senior Level Openings

Location: Onsite – Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 DOE + Benefits

An engineering consulting firm is seeking a Process Engineer to support projects within the consumer products manufacturing industry. This role involves process design, equipment specification, troubleshooting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on industrial manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop process designs and engineering calculations
• Create and review PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, and design documents
• Support sizing/specification of pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, and control valves
• Troubleshoot process issues and recommend solutions
• Support plant startup, commissioning, and on-site project activities
• Work directly with clients and project teams

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with industrial/process design projects
• Consumer products or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of fluid systems, instrumentation, and process equipment
• Experience with AutoCAD and Fathom preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Plant or startup experience is a plus
