Prism Consultant - Job Description 2?4 years of experience in an HR Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence role. Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Report Writer Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday Prism and Workday Report Writer. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven reporting solutions. Utilize external BI tools to support advanced data visualization and modeling use cases. Partner with cross-functional teams to define and maintain key performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. Promote self-service analytics by training end-users and enabling access to insights.
