Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate budget, schedule, and product development plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Flight Sciences work package owners to define activities across all program phases, from concept to production.
- Support supply chain management and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide engineering inputs to the integrated master schedule for accurate program visibility.
- Define goals, track deliverables, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans across projects.
- Coordinate with other TPMs to summarize project status, risks, and opportunities for all levels of management.
- Manage project roadmaps within the framework of overall program strategy, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- 8+ years in technical program/project management roles, preferably in aviation or aerospace industries.
- 10+ years of total relevant experience, including applied aerodynamics, performance, loads, and/or stability & control engineering.
- Experience in complex aircraft structures development, design, testing, and certification.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jama, Jira.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem-solving, and autonomous decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Dassault 3DX is a plus.
