Role : Principal Scientist - Material Science (Battery, Semiconductor & OLED Materials)

Role Overview

Scimplify is looking for an experiences Material Science R&D Leader to drive the development of next-generation advanced materials for batteriesm semiconductor material and OLED applications

Key Responsibilities

Lead R&D programs focused on advanced materials for electronics and energy storage.
Develop and scale high-performance materials for batteries, semiconductors, and OLEDs.
Drive material synthesis, characterization, and performance optimization.
Work closely with global partners and customers to develop customized materials.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams.
Establish robust material testing and validation frameworks.
Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary R&D team.
