End‑to‑end ownership of digital modernization initiatives with accountability for measurable product and engineering outcomes.
The ability to shape enterprise architecture standards, establish discovery/delivery practices, and mentor senior engineers.
Strong decision-making around cloud architecture, performance tuning, and secure‑by‑design engineering.
High competency in Agile product ownership-translating business needs into prioritized backlogs, MVPs, and release strategies.
Commitment to reliability engineering, CI/CD acceleration, and upliftment of engineering maturity across teams.
Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, security, and IT leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

A strong candidate brings 12-15 years of technology and product leadership experience, with deep expertise in .NET modernization, Azure platforms, DevSecOps, and multi‑team program ownership. They are proficient in designing modern architectures, leading complex migration initiatives, optimizing database performance, and creating engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. They combine technical depth with product thinking, strong communication skills, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements across enterprise systems.
