Position: Principal

Institution: MNR Physiotherapy College

Location: Sangareddy (On-campus residence mandatory)

Qualification:

• BPT, MPT, and Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years total experience5 years in teaching
• 5 years in administration (preferably as HOD/Dean/Principal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and academic direction to the institution
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies (University, Government norms)
• Oversee academic programs, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance
• Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
• Supervise budgeting, infrastructure, and institutional growth planning
• Promote research activities, publications, and academic excellence
• Maintain student discipline, welfare, and academic progress
• Build collaborations with hospitals, industries, and research organizations
• Represent the institution in academic councils, meetings, and external forums
