Role Description The Principal role is a full-time, on-site position based at Hillwoods School in Gandhinagar, Gujarat . The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, school policies, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising teaching and non-teaching staff, monitoring classroom practices, and driving initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes and holistic development. The Principal will oversee admissions, examinations, discipline, and parent communication, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols. This role also involves strategic planning, budgeting, community engagement, and fostering a positive school culture aligned with the academy’s vision and values.

• Oversee student discipline, well-being, and holistic development.
• Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Manage school operations, budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider community.
• Lead admissions, marketing, and outreach initiatives to enhance the school's reputation.
• Drive innovation and the integration of technology in teaching and administration.
• Monitor academic performance and implement improvement strategies based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and academic leadership experience in a reputed CBSE school.
• Experience as Vice Principal, Principal, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE policies, educational trends, and school administration.
