You must have experience building high-quality, scalable web applications and data-intensive systems, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible. You should bring both strong backend engineering depth and frontend craftsmanship, with an ability to own features end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in small, fast-moving teams and wants to play a foundational role in defining architecture, shipping core features, and setting engineering standards. As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will: Architect and build end-to-end features Lead development of secure, reliable integrations with third-party APIs Design and maintain data models and pipelines to power real-time applications Implement intuitive frontend experiences with modern frameworks (React/Next.js) Set engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment Collaborate closely with design and product to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions Mentor junior engineers and help grow a high-performing engineering culture Ensure software is secure and scalable to enterprise needs Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong full stack background Ability to pragmatically apply engineering solutions to the business needs to deliver reliable, secure and scalable systems that meet enterprise requirements High level of product and business acumen to help identify trade offs and ship value Hands on experience shipping quality products in a fast paced environment Deep expertise in backend development (Go, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar) Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar) Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Good to Have: Top-tier institutes preferred (IITs, NITs, etc.) Experience in fintech or enterprise SaaS Experience building AI/ML-enabled products Early stage startup experience Our Tech Stack: Next.js | Python | Node.js | AWS | PostgreSQL | MongoDB | GraphQL How to apply for this opportunity?
