Job Responsibilities

Principal Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform to lead the development of enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role is highly technical and hands-on, responsible for building complex automation workflows, establishing engineering standards, and delivering scalable and reliable automation solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Design and develop complex automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows).
• Build automation solutions integrating with: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and Third-Party SaaS platforms.
• Develop Integration & Automation using REST APIs, Custom connections, Webhooks and Event-driven Patterns.
• Implement Power Platform ALM practices, including solution packaging, environment management, and deployment pipelines.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions. Git-based source control, Automated deployment, Monitoring and logging

• Optimize flows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during solution design and architecture discussions.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Deep hands-on experience with Power Automate development
• Experience building enterprise workflow automation solutions
• Strong experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
• Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Additional qualifications and Skills:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology field.
• Must have strong problem-solving analytical skills, agile development a plus, excellent troubleshooting, programming, and testing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills specifically in documentation to transform them into detailed stem technical design documents with an approach within technical design documentation.
• Effective communication skills, resilience and self-motivation necessary for thriving in remote environments.
