About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Engineer with deep product engineering expertise to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong hands-on capability in C#/.NET, along with the ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive overall system architecture and engineering strategy
• Lead design and development of complex, scalable product platforms
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in C#/.NET Core , Microservices
• Establish best practices in software engineering, code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers; elevate overall engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams
• Drive cloud-native adoption (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps maturity
• Make critical technical decisions impacting long-term product scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of strong product engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET Core and( Microservices)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and scalable architectures
• Experience building SaaS or enterprise-grade products
• Expertise in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proven ability to lead large technical initiatives
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD)
• Exposure to performance tuning and large-scale systems
• Prior experience in high-growth product organizations
