Job Description: - Design, preparation of reports/drawings and specification for Electrical building services, supporting bid process, construction administration, peer review. As an expert, the candidate will also be required to attend and provide input in design meetings, clear advice to clients, architects, and engineers (internal and external) on design principles/issues relating to new systems and any refurbishment works. Should be good in leading team and mentoring, driving innovation, reviewing work and motivation. Candidate Specification: - Should have 15+ years of experience in Electrical design field related to health care/hospital projects. Performing all aspects of electrical engineering design as a lead engineer, including Conceptual Studies, Program Requirements, Design Analyses, Calculations, Equipment selection and layout, and System selection and layout for building design and site electrical utilities Strong experience in the design of building power distribution, lighting, Earthing & Lightning protection, Fire Alarm systems, is desirable. Excellent knowledge in Electrical software ? Amtech pro design, Dialux, Discrimination studies and load flow analysis Commanding knowledge in international standards such as IEEE, CIBSE, IES, HTM, NFPA & BS Basic experience in other MEP systems ? HVAC, PH, FF Experience in Revit and Navis work review Client facing/client relationship/client management skills and effective written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills to include budget control, interdisciplinary coordination, good Client service skills and ability to meet Client requests and deadlines within budget.
