Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup/GovTech experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of NLP (transformers, embeddings, RAG), OCR, and computer vision.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Bonus: Experience working with permitting, regulatory, or compliance datasets.
